there's been water pouring out of the road since Sat afternoon - still, we had a nice smooth surface for nearly 8 weeks.

It's only been two months since the junction was resurfaced and already they are digging it up again.

They just sprayed that new scratch and sniff surface onto Albion Road and the lines haven't even been painted on it and Morrison Utilities have dug some of it up already to access the wiring into some utility cabinets. Certainly less than 3 weeks.

    Dublin St leaky road update.

Good: they came, they dig/dug/digged, they relaid it lovely and smoothly.

Bad: There is still water leaking out of the road.

    Maybe its a feature ?

they are back today - I do hope they make use of the water feature, not enough fountains in Edinburgh.

Fountains for everyone, not just the 1%.

Maybe if the road was restored to the design criteria of a quality setted street with self cleaning side gullies and a steady flow of water along the kerb-line can flush away dust and debris to collection sumps - as they do in Paris
