Pilton Community Health Project has been speaking to people in North Edinburgh about issues affecting their lives and what they think is important in this area.

Many of the same themes come up again and again such as safety on our cycle paths and parks, lack of information and dog mess

Lets look at things in a different way; get underneath the issues and work together to come up with inspiring solutions that really change things.

    Are you someone
    Who thinks differently?
Who likes to get involved in their local area, with local people.
    Who likes solving problems?
    Who has energy and enthusiasm!

We invite you to join us in some inspiring and thought provoking sessions thinking in a different way to resolve problems and issues in the Greater Pilton area.

    What it will be
Fun, interesting, thought provoking, possibly it may even transform your life.

    We will provide
    Food, drink, childcare and fun.
Wed May 29th & Wed June 5th (Times and venue TBC)

    Welcome

    Sounds interesting.

Are you trying to get people to cycle (as well as walk)?

Does anyone else agree that, as well as cycling and walking the cycle paths and other public spaces in North Edinburgh are crying out for a bit more guerrilla gardening?!

    And Art?!

Yes definitely it would be great to increase cycling in the Greater Pilton area. The opportunities for learning to cycle here are great as the streets are quiet and there are a lot of nearby cycle routes. There are also a lot of trained cycle leaders in the area too! So looking for people who live in the area to come along and work out some ideas, looking at the problems and thinking of solutions.
