Oh, I don't know. All that soil looks quite tidy when it's raked, in a Japanese zen garden kind of way.

CEC obviously wants you to think that.
And realistically general cycling in PSG might be 'anti-social'.
BUT
I'm not sure that PSG has exemption from access legislation...

Certainly Morningsider has (if I remember correctly) confirmed in the past that cycling through PSG is indeed okay.

There is a tunnel, it's just being used for something else at the moment :-)
