    Oh, I don't know. All that soil looks quite tidy when it's raked, in a Japanese zen garden kind of way.

    No cycling allowed, but a celebrity car-racing event is fine for Princes Street Gardens, apparently to promote a multinational spirits brand encourage responsible drinking.

    Ah well -

    CEC obviously wants you to think that.

    And realistically general cycling in PSG might be 'anti-social'.

    BUT

    I'm not sure that PSG has exemption from access legislation...

  6. Certainly Morningsider has (if I remember correctly) confirmed in the past that cycling through PSG is indeed okay.

    There is a tunnel, it's just being used for something else at the moment :-)
