Actors have been hired to make cyclists aware of the alternative route
Beware the fake cyclists, paid to cycle the route to encourage uptake...
Haven't there been enough exposés recently about paid social marketing?
<grin>
Perhaps CEC could do the same in Edinburgh, paying people to use the "Quality" routes to promote their usage...
