Interesting story. Just a pity that they quote the weight watchers leader saying 'go for a walk on the WoL' instead of someone saying 'use the stairs at work' or 'try active travel instead of your car for short journeys'.

CITY residents are kidding themselves into believing they lead active lives while almost two-thirds spend at least 20 hours a day on their backsides or lying down, a new report has claimed.

Presumably that includes 8 hours sleeping? So sitting around for 12 hours a day, yep, that sounds likely.

At least Chris Oliver's cycle across America got a shout.

I thought I was the only one getting 4 hours sleep.

Does that include sitting on bikes?

  6. Monday 13th May sitting down...

    Slept till 7am - 7h
    Breakfast - 7h20m
    Office (sat down 8.40am, concall till 1) - 11h40m

Will update later, but I suspect 20 hours will be very very easy to achieve.

It's hardly going to be difficult is it? It's as easy as.....sitting down. ;-)
