It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

May's issue arrived on my desk today, and the first piece is a nice article from Brenda Mitchell of Cycle Law Scotland which rather succinctly makes the case for strict liability on Scotland's roads.
There is, every now and then, a real sense that the tide is turning.
Good piece. Written in plain English and making a point I agree with.
