I'd be riding anyway. So would be in the rain anyway. So I'll just be in the rain a little earlier (and a little longer, got to go to the post office to collect a parcel...)

Alas a detour in the rain is not feeling good to me, only getting heavier too. Supposed to clear in the pm, had my porridge now moving on to pan au chocolat so have a good summer, if we haven't already had it.

Another thing the Big Bike doesn't have is mudguards, therefore a disinclination to have my office clothes covered in spray was the final nail in the coffin of coming along. Sorry.
I might make a Zazou meet if that gets off the ground?

Dave and I were most dissapointed that Excitableboy wasn't wearing a blue onesy rainsuit, just co-ordinating jacket and trousers.

Woke up at 6am... Yawned and feeling knackered decided I'd help Josie get the kids up so switched off the alarm and rolled over back to dozing. Did cycle in though, a bit warm in the w/proof. Would like to see that Velo-City (Ich Haber Lust...)

PY's late contingent reached the heady heights of six (me, chdot, SRD, gembo, Morningsider and Roibeard) plus a couple of VIPs who I didn't really know. chdot might like to elaborate?
