A resident is objecting to the Barclays Bicycle Hire stations on the grounds of "environmental impact". He believes the installation of the facility will create more noise and congestion in the borough, and that "Our beautiful conservation area must not be defaced by this horrible lump of metal". I wonder if he feels the same way about all the cars cluttering up the place?
