This week's armchair touring is the Arctic Race of Norway, 4 stages of island hopping inside of the Arctic Circle. The weather on yesterday's first stage looked pretty unpleasant but from what you could see of the scenery it looked fabulous. Very much like our own West Coast but with added cycling infrastructure, good wide cycle routes that double up as skiing lanes in the winter. Looks a great place.

The last two stages continued to show some amazing scenery, even the last day's city centre circuit looked pretty. Great racing too. All in all a great advert for the north of Norway.
Next up, the Eneco Tour. Spirited as I expect the racing to be, the countryside is going to be no match.
