tandem trike tag along

These come up for sale every so often. Saw a couple of these on offer in Scotland not long ago: one in Perthshire, the other in Fife. I considered getting one a while ago, but plumped for a proper tandem instead. Basically the U+2 only works if you have kids fairly close in age, say a year or two apart. Also, given the size where the heck do you store the thing when not on the road?
