I have a couple from Chancelot Path before it was tarmacced. Think Arellcat has some good ones too of the east Leith path.

I don't have any photos, but my friend used to live next to the Roseburn path (at the Water of Leith) in the 70s. We used to go up onto the embankment as kids and 'explore'. It was a bit of an adventure in those days, it was wild, the brambles were eveywhere and the ballast was still down so it wasn't easy to walk on. It seemed to take all afternoon to get as far as the bridge at Ravelston Dykes. I don't remember ever getting any further.

The best thing about chdot's photo of the Cultins underpass is that the height restriction warning sign on the bridge still has the top bent over!
