It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

The mile or so on the road this morning from Mountcastle to Forkenford (Innocent Railway Path) and I kid you not, every one of the dozen or so cars that passed me did so with loads of room, almost exagerrating their overtake!
I just assumed they were all on their way to the next NWC planning meeting.
A council bin lorry followed me in on the A70 for a good 500m the other day when a dubious scrape past was definitely on the cards (and expected by me)... then passed with plenty of space.
I immediately overtook him at the queue 50m further on, but there was much mutual waving of appreciation.

In contrast to the guy who told me I should give him room to let him drive on my side of the road on Maidencraig Crescent recently, I had a much better experience with a taxi driver of all people. And in this case I was about to stop for him:

Too bad the Range Rover just had to beat me to the next traffic island...
There is an older longer thread of good driving, it doesn't have as many posts as the Bad Driving thread but it does indicate that there are some very good drivers out there, within taxi brethren and elsewhere. Suspicion is oft voiced that they cycle too.
