It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Found a coiled bike lock in the gutter of Chesser Avenue (Slateford Road-bound) on Wednesday (2nd October) at around 18:00. Looks quite new and I suspect that it simply fell out of its owner's pocket/rucksack/pannier.
Picked it up and am storing it safe at home - happy to reunite with its owner if they can provide the correct lock code.
Good work - I hope the owner spots it on here.
