No, I did not, but luckily I hadn't got round to ordering tonight.

Final nae-kiddin' deadline will be 10pm today.

Custard: you're going to have to meet up to obtain the tyres anyway, so cash seem the obvious method.

Order is on its way. Mr Gardiner of LaidBack fame popped a coupla tyres in, so he solved my worries of the postie leaving around £200 of other people's stuff(and a few bob of mine) under my doormat by letting me send it all to his emporium.

Collection can therefore be from LaidBack Bikes in Marchmont, or from my flat, depending on what is handiest.

SRD: Bad news is that they didn't have your tyre in stock. I didn't want to risk the 30mm flavour selling out, so I plumped to get that underway.

Steveo, I just realised I didn't actually add your connectors. I am a complete eejit. Let me confer with SRD and see what we can concoct. I am perfectly willing to stump up the less-than-a-coupla-pints cost of postage for the connectors out of sheer embarrassment at my second ordering fail in this thread.

Davey2Wheels: I'll bring the studlies to the office the day after I collect my tyres.

    Thanks Bruce

Sorry - saw you hurtling up street. I couldn't make it to the event today. Joe and I had to concentrate on the trike build as guy had been waiting while we got parts for his ICE special. Plus the cold goes on...

Blimmy, that was quick. They're at LBB now. I will have my tyres as well as Custard and Davey's spikes by Monday evening.

Custard: We'll arrange a time from around 7pm Monday or some other day hence for you to nip round to mine.

Davey2Wheels: I'll PM you on Tuesday to arrange a spike transfusion.

Wingpig: you have already paid and LBB's is closer to you than my flat anyway, so I guess you'd pick them up fae there. If opening hours are an issue we'll go for a Plan B.

DaveC: same as Wingpig, except you ain't paid. You owe me. And if you know wot's good for you, you pay a ballet dancer when you owe one. *menacing piroutte*

Darkerside: I would imagine the slickest way of doing it is to arrange a time to meet at LBB?

LaidBack: I'll entice the folding stuff(in this context this means money, not bicycles) from DaveC or anyone else who collects from yours, so don't feel obliged to be my piggy bank.

SRD and Steveo: I think I'm going to go with hydraulic disc brakes and dynamo hub on floofy, so I will soon have need of beedeedee to order more tyres. LaidBack's had a look since Sunday and they're clean out of 20" spikes, so I'll wait till then to bump this thread.

Update: Wingpig, Dave and DaveC: I've snaffled the box of wee stuff. With any foresight I would have left Mr W. Pig's connector in the big box at LBB, but I have almost none.

Thus I suggest a lunchtime handover between Wingpig, Uberuce and DaveC. My awesome flexi powers mean I'm good between 1200 and 1340 in the city centre.

Dave: a little stalking on Strava implies you pass my flat about a dozen minutes before I get there at ~1810, so that would seem a natural meeting point, assuming you can dillydally in t'office for a bit before leaving.
