Since a) the Twitter thread has re-emerged from the depths, b) I've just started poking a tentative toe into the sea of wikipedia editing and c) this forum is generally pretty 'in' with open-source knowledge...

    Again, I'm Darkerside.

As an aside, if you happen to be chained to a desk all day, tweaking the odd wikipedia article provides some welcome light relief during quiet periods. It's easy to get started. Honest.

    "It's easy to get started."

    Yes, but...

    Done bits in the past.

Before OSM and CCE (other distractions/useful things are available).

    Is CCE on Wikipedia??

I'm on as Cyclingmollie. I don't do much editing though.

CCE isn't, but its role in the organisation of PoP et al. might just about push it over the notability ruling for web content.

I used to be quite the article pedant, but haven't edited in anger for a number of years.

As an aside, if you happen to be chained to a desk all day{{notability}}, tweaking the odd wikipedia article provides some welcome light relief[citation needed] during quiet periods. It's easy to get started[says who?]. Honest. [general cleanup]

    FTFY :P

What about Spokes? CTC? British Cycling? Are any of those stars in the Wiki universe?

    Hm.

Spokes as an organisation? Yep. Tricky to find though.
    Not this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spokes
    Have to go here:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoke
    Then here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spoke_(disambiguation)
    Then find this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spokes,_the_Lothian_Cycle_Campaign
Not much there, but at least a link to the Sokes site. Quoth Wiki:

"his article about an organisation in Scotland is a stub. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it.
This article about a cycling-related organization is a stub. You can help Wikipedia by expanding it."

    CTC? Yep.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CTC_(cycling)

    BC? Yep.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/British_Cycling

Can't find any of the 'notable' Scottish cycling clubs there either.
