Meanwhile in St John's

    Not a terribly scintillating story, but this is where I grew up, and I would certainly never have cycled and wouldn't cycle now along several of the roads mentioned here...(and I cycle everything in Edinburgh that's legal). Columbus Drive, which they mention is not far off the Western Approach in speed/terror levels.

    The last one though isn't really mutually exclusive with any of the others. The nimby in me would vote 1 and 4 if it was my space being lost if i was being honest.
