Decided to put the FT we get delivered in the office that nobody reads to a better use.
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Very quiet WoL path, nice bell timbre
Nice but my 6 year old wanted to see what happened to the boat... and so do I!!
I filmed it on and off down the river. It was gradually sinking. I went down to the bridge at the Modern Art Gallery to get it going underneath then over the weir but it never appeared. Must have sunk somewhere before then. Made it about 1/2 mile I reckon.
I think one made with office paper would go further than newsprint.
Do you remember the artist George Wylie who made very large paper boat? Think they maybe set fire to it in Ayr. Will google
George Wylie boat not actually paper IIRC. Saw it in St Monans harbour years ago, seemed to be floating steel base with frame and material so would have been hard to burn
That was brilliant, Kap!
Nice to see someone making the most of the commute :)
Yes not paper, the Honest Men of Ayr climbed on to it and started a wee fire? But not destroying it. It was towed further out into the river to prevent further boarders
