    are you sure? someone with Boris' bungling intellect having the control over goodness knows how many people's current accounts/savings/mortgages?

    Boris is sinister, the buffoon thing is a front and also unlike most people he starts talking first then thinks what it is he is going to say which he somehow gets away with.

    wait... up to an hour free
    an hour £1
    an hour and a half = £4 - how does that work out as attractive?
    taxi driver has a go about red light jumpers... nice
