    Interesting, you periodically get motorbikes but not sure any ASBOs been issued before?

    I suspect the use of 'youth' means he was probably riding without a licence.

    The person involved may have been issued with an ASB ticket rather than an anti-social behaviour order, which is a more complex penalty. Even the police sometimes use the terms loosely. An ASB ticket is a £40 fine.
