It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.
On point 3, you may want to be a little bit careful about concluding "choosing not to drive to work/study". That 48k of households may be retired or unemployed, so not commuting/studying.
Thus the 86k of residents driving to work may be the entire population that owns a car and works. Highly unlikely though.
