Last year sometime we had a discussion about fibreflares. This isn't a proper review like some of you guys do, but thought I should at least report back.
I was particularly looking for something that could work on the back of the tandem, childseats, trailer - all particular challengse in bike lighting.
I eventually got one, but wasn't too keen on the straps that attached it to stuff. One problem is that it was a bit too long for most of the purposes that I had envisaged.
Then this year, I saw Sustrans advertising a shorter, USB rechargeable version, and after some debate, ordered it. It's turned out to be really good. works on the back rack of both the tandem and the folder. I've used zip ties to attach it in some cases, but we're also finding the straps that came with it work better.
And now, I find myself using the original one too - but in a different configuration.
It looked like the bike coop was advertising even smaller ones - has anyone tried these?
