    A good and interesting article about recent judgements made based on Character statements rather than the clear negligence.

    I certainly think that the lifetime(or near as) ban rather than custodial sentence is generally the way forward.

    I think a life ban should be applied to people who post stories twice. No such thing as an accident.

    I think it ended up being posted twice then the wrong one deleted then I reposted then it appeared again. I am BAD at this forum sometimes.

    Possible, but in this case I noticed that your computer had perpetrated a bad joke at your expense and I deleted it while you were editing the other one.

    I then went out and didn't notice the problem for a while...

    Probably spam trap gremlins due to the linky.

    Anyway, yes the courts are too lenient on 'otherwise virtuous God-fearing professional pillars of society' drivers who kill.

    Oh, this one had a traumatic childhood, is struggling with a personality disorder and can't remember the incident. That makes it okay then. No need for a long driving ban.
