    Various small developments:

Headline aspect for the EEN is a possible introduction of more bus lane cameras.

    Cycling mentioned twice:

"An off-peak cycle carriage is to be piloted on the trams following six months of operations."

    ...and...

"To ensure easier pedestrian and cycle access, a review will be carried out in conjunction with bus chiefs to identify bus stops to be relocated nearer to the tram line."

    EEN comment, "not fair":

"fair"? That's that word that Cleggers likes to use when he's telling people that have not that they have to have less, isn't it?

Eh? It isn't fair that people who can't be bothered to wait (behind a right-turning vehicle) but instead pull an illegal manoeuvre (entering a bus lane to overtake on the left) get fined?

Is the EEN going to suggest that it is unfair to fine people who can't be bothered to wait at red lights?
