Around the junction itself, on the Blackhall spur or towards Drylaw? Police aware?

Hmm, never thought to report it, probably should have.
They looked like they hade come from the retail park, the first group were on the junction it's self, and second lot a few yards onto the fork which heads to Barnton (is that the Blackhall spur?).

Lots of broken glass on the NEPN yesterday - particularly Trinity to Drylaw stretch. Front tyre duly punctured last night. Has anyone ever reported debris on the path before in an attempt to get the Council to clear it? I think the amount of broken glass has been increasing of late. Is it just me?

Yes you have to tweet the right 'team', @North_team or @West_team on twitter.
They usually respond in a timely manner.

I've phoned the council before and let them know about similar problems - they usually seem to send a sweeper the same day.

Yep, I noticed the same, loads of broken glass in three separate "clumps", all quite close to the red bridge. Getting it cleared would be useful!

Lots of broken glass on NEPN just now - especially between Telford Road and Wardie Road. More most days and doesn't ever seem to be cleared.

I read a few posts lastnight on Farcebook from local (Fife) cyclists reporting punctures on the NEPN. I saw one between Silverknowes Ter and Barnton Rd S, then someone else stopped at the west end of Barnton Ave, by the gates.
Aparently its common this time of year when the clocks go back.

On the morning of my wedding In July my best men and I rode from Roseburn to cramond for morning coffee and (obvs) some whisky sitting looking at the lovely forth Visage. On the way back we came across and cleared no less than 50 drawing pins which had been scatted during our sojourn. It's pretty horrendous that people do this - not least for the injuries it must cause to the poor dogs that run there.
