Social enterprise projects - housing, ex-cons, job seekers. The bike bit like the bike station but you sign up for course for a day, fix bike take it home also free.
The website has little text and lots of little films which makes it more accessible to illiterate people, or people with little English.
The text that is there has a touch of jargon.
