Quirky little email from Document Management this morning relaying the message that I have been successful in securing a place on Exercise Salvador.

Quite looking forward to taking part and having a go on ont tram !

Has anyone else been successful ? Perhaps a good opportunity to see what the cycle storage is like onboard?

"good opportunity to see what the cycle storage is like onboard"

    I suspect there isn't any.

Partly because 'they haven't decided yet', but mostly (I hope) because there is no need for it - lots of room and even 'end to end' it's not far.

As far as I know they are sticking to the 'no bikes until 6 months after public service starts'.

Less quirky little email from Document Management this morning relaying the message that the demand has been 'overwhelming' and they already have their army of proto-passengers.

"Cycle racks at Murrayfield Rugby Stadium are located in the West (next to reception) & South (under stairwell) Stands. Please note that cycles are not permitted on the tram during this exercise."

When they say "cycle racks", they mean wheelbenders. Be careful.
