    And more seriously

    Seriously? No-one says that new road schemes are anti-child (though they are). Emotional blackmail.

    Well if CYCLISTS can get their own infrastructure paid for by the hard working taxpayer why can't PEDESTRIANS (the REAL VICTIMS!) get the same! Argh argh road tax I was once run down by a bike etc...

    Ah, yes those poor business users. The same ones who like to drive around on their own to and from their place of business, presumably?
