Ah...
CityCyclingEdinburgh was launched on the 27th of October 2009 as "an experiment".
IT’S TRUE!
CCE is 16years old!
Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.
RULES No personal insults. No swearing.

Ah...
in other words, they've been rewarded for getting rid of all their photographers and most of their reporters?
Johnston Press awards?
Remind me, who owns The Scotsman/Evening News?
Platform for the criminally insane.
Slow hand clap for creating a set of awards you can give yourself.
I find their websites to be terrible, and in fact mostly adverts (I understand that the need advertising to make money, but where the page is all advert things have really gone to far) and will generally avoid at all costs.
Dreadful website. Dreadful publication. If that's the best they have to offer from their portfolio of publications then it's no wonder JP is going down the tubes.
Doesn't matter how good the platform is if the journalism is sh*t.
Missed this thread till now, but it's too hilarious not to comment on!
In other news, I just awarded myself the best-looking male in the "currently typing on this keyboard" category of the "It's All About Me Awards"!
