No errors, but it took aaages to load first time, and even now it's taking 10-15 seconds just to refresh a page sometimes. Other times, 2-4 seconds. 4mb/s connection here.

What does your provider SLA state for availability, it's usually 99.9%? That gives them about 5 hours in a 6 month period of 'free' downtime (depending on their accounting period), after that you are entitled to refunds...

Don't want to be overly moany as obviously I am just sitting here and not contributing in any way to the hosting of CCE, but this must be one of the most unreliably hosted sites that I know of.
