Ok he was pulled by lorry and had double cog system to get high enough gear ratio, but after the lorry released him he cycled above 100 mph for a mile. Lot of sand chucked up, wide tyres. Nice bike made for him by Jason Rourke. Was on more 4 tonight at 10pm. He comes over fairly crazy and fearless but given the quality of people on his team he must have lightning reactions and good fitness.
He cycles on his normal commute. I had never heard of him and only chanced on the programme but looks like he is quite quick on motorbikes too.
