    Isn't this just the standard funding allocation to Cycling Scotland, rather than 'new' money?

    Isn't this just the standard funding allocation to Cycling Scotland, rather than 'new' money?

    Standard SNP/SG policy is to announce the same allocation of budget four or five times over the space of 12 months and the media then does its usual uncritical cut and paste...
