Hey, @edinburghpark why have you cut down 50 trees in one of the few attractive parts of Edinburgh Park? :(

Well done to ALL posters
It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

@suegyford The trees were removed due to bleeding canker which is not curable and spreads. New trees will be planted in due course.

Weird that it only seems to have affected every second tree all along the perimeter of Aegon / Kames Capital. Is that a bizarre natural quirk of 'bleeding canker' (which sounds like an outburst from Steptoe & Son, to be honest)?
That's what we've been told, apparently the trees are going to be replanted.
I wish they'd fix the Bleeding Canker that is the surface of Redheughs Avenue!
