    Dear all

    This is just ridiculous, and i wonder when it will happen here, if it has not already.

    I am dumbfounded at the sheer selfishness.

    I don't think it could happen here at the moment. Even if it made it as far as court the judge would (should) throw it out. I hope the same will happen in Canada, although if it was the US I wouldn't be so sure.

    I wonder if we'll ever know the outcome but really hope it is the counter sue which is successful and increased due to unnecessary additional trauma caused to the family.

    It gets worse - her husband is a police officer & was following behind her the night she ploughed into those boys. NO breath specimen was taken & her mobile phone records were not checked (allegedly)
