Has anyone had any experience of having a bike fit on their town bike(s)?

Or a physio led bike fit?

I've never heard of them, so thought I'd try here...

My knee problems continue and my physio has suggested that I pause my cycling for a bit until they start to settle down.

They did suggest that I should look at a bike position that takes into account my gubbed knees, hence the physio led bike for, which would need to be for one of my town bikes.

No personal experience, but someone did recommend Kenny at Space physios to me for this kind of thing: https://spaceclinics.co.uk/kenny-watt/

@hankchief, yes you need a better suggestion from a different physio

Both my bike fits were on bikes I already owned & had ridden a fair bit / a whole lot, and both made everything more comfortable / easier, so I'd say it's definitely worth a try. And that was "just" the relatively cheap low-tech BikeCraft fits.

ETA: though depending how long the physio suggested you pause... when I did my elbow / shoulder in crashing the physio basically told me, "Look, you can stop cycling for six weeks and after that all should be well, OR you can keep cycling and in six months we'll probably still be trying to sort this out. Which would you rather?"
