    But not, I deduce, 07:47am? ;-)

Unsure this year. The last two days have been super freaky nice, so if tomorrow morning is half as good, I don't think I could bear to traffic jam my way to work, even if breakfast and banter is on the cards.

See you there in the rain then!

It does often rain at bike breakfast but forecast looks lovely again so will be the open highway?

I have had my breakfast before leaving the house so it is bike second breakfast for me

Was 07.47 when I met CHdot in PY last month but took a while to chain bike up or would have been sooner.

"Was 07.47 when I met CHdot in PY"

    Er no.

    Was 08:47.

Which is about when I would turn up tomorrow - if I did.

Lol! Well what is an hour here or there when one is so precise about minutes?

I was there. I hooked up with a lady at South of the FRB but she was cramping by the time we reached Cramond Brig and insisted I go on. Sad to leave he behind but she had stopped and instisted I continue on without her. Then met up with another lady at 5 ways, the only one there. It seems we need another organiser for the feeder rides next year?

Saw Arellcat (and the red torpedo) who later struggled to leave as people kept approaching and asking where the motorbike was for her side car ;O)

Saw Gembo (later than 07:45am) and his coonil workie friend/collegue. Also saw Dave, DdF, Rabbit Hamster? Inso with Tractor trailer ;O) in tow. Saw Laidback on the Spokes stall. Saw a few faces I know from previous years and oe or two CCEers whose names are not known to me, sorry. Saw a few cyclists from lastnights Prom ride too.

Sadly did not make it along this year, after several years of regular attendance. Hope to be there next time though.

copy/paste what crowriver said. I don't usually forego a free bacon roll without valid reason!

In the end there were 4 on the Dominion feeder ride.
No students or politions this time.

Arrived 9-ish, post school-run. Still busy, even then.

The bacon rolls were fantastic. I had half a pig in mine and it was well cooked - not flaccid and watery and not too crisp. Just right.

And I got my chain cleaned for free, which is a first for that bike (getting the chain cleaned at all). Can't say I noticed the difference riding it.

Went along just before 8 pre-nursery. Nice to see LaidBack chatting to Ddf and a quick hello to Arrelcat and Instography. Really nice to see Gembo looking well. Delicious bacon roll indeed and a whole sausage devoured by my daughter who looked like she'd won the breakfast lottery. @DaveC sorry to miss you but I think there's a photo of your bike on twitter taken by Councillor Chas Booth (might be wrong)...

Good to see everyone again. Algo, Mrs Algo and mini-Algo, Dave, DaveC, DdF (of course), Gembo, Kim, Laid Back, Morningsider, the Rabid Hamster, Tulyar and Zenfrozt. Also saw @dnwood and CTC's Brian Curtis. I eventually left about 9am so perhaps missed some others.

Spent ages talking to a biker dude about touring.

I did think that the turnout was a little less than last year—yet we had better weather this time!

Free bacon roll more appealing in the rain perhaps?

Lionfishy's rides may have increased attendance last two years?

I didn't go this year for a bunch of reasons, but one of them may have been that i'd not committed to meeting my councillors to ride in together.
