A BID to swivel the Capital’s giant television screen by three metres to face oncoming traffic has been turned down amid fears it would cause car crashes.

The animated billboard in the Sainsburys car park is very distracting when coming up Stevenson Road.

Driverless cars and all passengers sitting watching films through Google Glasses eating Mini Cheddars.

    It might happen.....

  5. It might, but I reckon you're waaay out on the Mini Cheddars. It'll be a packet of Walkers crisps. Or a Twix. Or a Wagon Wheel.

I don't care which way it points as long as they turn it off.

Seeing someone scuttle head down past it on a rainy Wednesday in December always puts me in mind of Bladerunner until I realise we're all paying the electricity bill for the damnable thing.
