Interesting take on it from TfL

Quite arty. Interesting message. Will anyone listen?

Note the annotated youtube offering - to which the motorcyclist mad a fine contribution as we might remark in the West "Aye, You Tube"

Not sure why they keep showing pedestrians walking out in front of people then yelling at them. Not sure what "the message" is supposed to be?

Think it's meant to show the pedestrians being idiots and to flag up the initial anger reaction that usually comes across first (because people are scared)...

It is usually the motorist that does the shouting and the occasional cyclist.

I dunno I've seen some serious shouting from pedestrians who have walked out in front of me (in London).

My favourite was a bin man in Soho recently who appeared from behind a parked van pushing a large wheelie bin infront of him. Almost nailed me and I swerve/skidded to a halt. He went mental at me for almost crashing into his bin. I was so confused.
