    Have to say that my old Spokes map of East Lothian came in very handy this week during our cycle camping with the kids. Indispensible really. It's getting a bit tatty and torn now so I will be sure to pick up the latest edition.

    My new Spokes East Lothian map arrived this morning. Map is bang up to date, for instance shows the new on-road cycle lanes 'twixt Gullane and Aberlady, and so on.

    Well worth taking advantage of the August special offer.

    I got a copy yesterday. It now shows the braided route of the John Muir Trail. I'm tempted to walk it from M'burgh to Dunbar.
