After a successful trial, I'm going to renovate some timber frame windows we have in our house - I need half a dozen replacement double glazing units which I'll be fitting myself.
Does the forum have a recommendation for a local firm that could supply?
(Tenuous cycling link - if you've had a run in with the driver of a glazing company van while riding, I'll happily drop them a note explaining why they didn't get my business :-)
We used Fountainbridge Windows to renovate our sash and case windows, however they fitted Slimlite glass panels (thin double-glazed panels) to our existing sashes which doesn't sound like what you're after.
They have done several jobs for me and my family now in 3 different properties and I do recommend them.
