Cycling danger spot map

A newspaper set up a map for the Munich area where people can add places that are dangerous or awkward for cyclists (or pedestrians). Lots of people added the difficult spots in their area, making politicians, especially the Munich mayor, very aware of the problems. The mayor promised to tackle the big problems this year. (In what way the things will be changed is a different story)

Does anyone know if a similar map has been done for the Edinburgh area?
I think it would be a good way of giving everyone an easy way to put in conflict places, and hopefully make politicians more aware of them.

This is the one for Munich:

There have been a few threads for this sort of thing. One resulted in a good/bad infrastructure shared map, the zeemaps conflict spots described here and a couple more discussing adding advice-type things to OSM-type maps.
