    IIRC they are the largest of all the bear species rather than the 2nd smallest but at least we have this to console ourselves:

    This is obviously conclusive proof that more cycling-friendly cities are clearly better for panda fecundity.

    Prioritise pandas or private cars? Edinburgh must choose...
