Just spotted advert for bank of Scotland app where chap using app instead of going into a bank so he now has so much free time he can cycle a road bike up Arthur's seat and look towards the south west? He then goes for a cycle around Arthur's seat and it looks lovely.

    Cycling now mainstream?

  2. Bit like car adverts though, isn't it? Not another thing on the road...

what if he cycled his bike to the branch. Would he find a bike rack outside?

On first viewing, I initially thought it was a subtle Rapha advert....

If he was buying Rapha he could just close the account altogether when he'd emptied it.

Aye, that BoS ad hs been on telly for a while, surprised youse huvnae spotted it before now.

If they'd had mobile banking apps 20 years ago, the chap in the ad would have been teeing off at the local golf club before checking his balance.

Nicely shot, in as folk say, a car ad stylee. Essentially cycling as golf though.

Saw ad from bus yesterday with guy putting bike on rack on back of his car and the word MAMIL being used. Mainstream or what?
