It's clearly a very unsatisfactory situtation, and SW and its predecessors have dithered for years (note their quote about how much money they're spending doing stuff that won't really deal with the smell. But, if it really were "third world", the residents of Seafield and Leith Links would be washing their childrens clothing and doing their cooking in the stuff we all have to flush away. Methinks the man hyperboles too much.
