It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

Pretty good for route discovery and for investigating just how cycle friendly the roads that you are looking to use are likely to be . Also good for offroad path discovery.

Strava has a new "Routes" option, where you can put a start and end point, and it uses the most used routes to map it out. Then you can export to Garmin, or use it on your phone to make sure you're staying on track.
