Walking or cycling to work 'improves wellbeing'

Sample size of one, but I can certainly testify that regular cycling to work got me through one of the most difficult years of my career (and life) - and sometimes felt like it was the only thing keeping me sane. When your commute to and from work is the best part of your day then you're either in trouble, or a cyclist
