May be they should charge better of parents a school fee- just being controversial - humerous they do that with university and the parent has no legal responsibility to pay so is like third party means testing a third party veto. Not a great deal of individual rights from the state those basic freedoms those indiviual rights post school education is awful in this respect so if made schools means tested would need to make legal requirement for 18 . as a legal responsibility for parents to pay would not be violating rights of kids. Of course this is a crack pot suggestion would be vote loser and a half but may be good encourage more donations from successful people that attended the schools although I should may be best stick to talking cycle -)
