That sounds good - we had look at plans which include getting rid of the flat roof (seagull nesting). Will be noisy and dusty for a while but great to see a future for it. Riddles Court railings have served as bike racks for years...
One other benefit - we should all get a break from the endless 'plunder and terrify' tours.

It has already been quite nicely done up quite recently. workers' educational association used to be there and could be booked for events/meetings if you worked for council. The new owners seem quite good at raising cash.
