    The new Legacy 2014 Active Travel Programme has today been revealed alongside the first Commonwealth Games commemorative cycle stand.

    Transport Minister Keith Brown made the announcement at the annual Cycling Summit in Glasgow this morning.

    I would love to have been the civil servant who told the Minister that they were to spend the morning "launching" a gold painted Sheffield stand.
