Worth tweeting or emailing to the relevant neighbourhood team (east?) as they're generally pretty quick to respond.

I made a mistake, the lights were fine this morning bar 2.
Cycling home this evening and they're out again so It's the timer that needs adjusted.
I filed in a report form.
