"The great discovery of overshoes"

I have a pair of overshoes for cycling shoes, waterproof to a degree. Fasten with thick line of Velcro but not very neatly.
I have another pair neoprene in too big a size but I put them on over normal shoes. They have a zip so need to go on before the shoes
Could someone design better galoshes?

Overshoes are great as are toe covers.
